Preparation for use

Preparation time: 1 hour

Competencies involved: Business development, business innovation, innovation management, organisational change management.

The steps to take

Step 1: Agree on a suitable time scale along the x-axis. (15 min)

Step 2: One by one, discuss and place each Readiness Dimension Brick on the scale based on how important it is to start working on. (15 min)

Step 3: When all dimensions are placed, document the team's decision by taking a photo of the prioritisation. For collective memory it is a good idea to add notes on post-its during the exercise. (15 min)

Step 4: Compare, consolidate and discuss priorities with the other groups and make final priority. This priority will be your kickstart of the transition path. (15 min)
