If you want to get off to a good start in the Circular Economy transition, you can join this Circular Economy Accelerator workshop, where you will be able to:

1. Engage stakeholders broadly across the organisation to participate in circular economy initiatives.

2. Get a circular readiness assessment, that gives insight into how ready your organisation is for Circular Economy.

3. Identify strengths and weaknesses. Based on the readiness assessment, each participant receives a detailed overview of their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunity to compare with competitors.

4. Prioritise improvement opportunities. Each participant receives a strategic framework for identifying new improvement initiatives.

5. Prepare an action plan to realise the improvement opportunities and ensure the successful implementation of a new circular business strategy.
